Welcome to ASKOPS ("ASKOPS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Askops.online and any services provided by ASKOPS.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1.Our Services
ASKOPS provides business operations and technology services, which may include:

- •Business process improvement
- •CRM setup and organization
- •Automation
- •AI-assisted workflows
- •Lead-management systems
- •Customer follow-up systems
- •Scheduling and communication workflows
- •SOP and process documentation
- •System integrations

- •Ongoing system management and optimization
- •Other customized business operations services
Services are customized according to each client's needs.
ASKOPS does not guarantee that any particular service will increase revenue, sales, leads, profits, or other business results.
2.Custom Projects
Before beginning a paid project, ASKOPS may provide a proposal, statement of work, or written description of the services to be provided.
The approved proposal will define:

- •Fees
- •Payment schedule
- •Client responsibilities
Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
ASKOPS is not required to perform additional work without the client's approval of the additional scope and applicable charges.
3.Business Operations Audit
ASKOPS may offer an operations audit or discovery service.
An audit may review:

- •Customer processes
- •Lead management
- •Software
- •Automation opportunities
- •Internal processes
- •Operational inefficiencies
An audit is intended to provide recommendations and does not guarantee any specific business outcome.
4.Fees and Payment
Fees are determined based on the services and scope agreed upon with the client.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- •Project fees are due according to the payment schedule in the proposal.
- •Recurring monthly services are billed monthly.
- •Third-party software, subscriptions, advertising costs, messaging fees, API fees, hosting fees, and other external charges may be billed separately.
- •The client is responsible for maintaining payment methods necessary for recurring services.
ASKOPS may suspend services if an account becomes past due.
5.Recurring Services
Where a client subscribes to ongoing ASKOPS services, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Recurring services may include:
- •System monitoring
- •Maintenance
- •Optimization
- •Reporting
- •Strategy meetings
- •Workflow updates
- •Automation management
Recurring services do not include unlimited custom development or unlimited support.
Additional projects may be quoted separately.
6.Cancellation
Either party may terminate a month-to-month service arrangement by providing 30 days' written notice, unless a different cancellation period is stated in the applicable agreement.
Fees already paid for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for services already performed or amounts already due.
7.Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

- •Review and approve deliverables in a reasonable timeframe
- •Maintain required third-party software accounts
- •Maintain lawful business practices
- •Obtain appropriate customer permissions and consents where required

ASKOPS is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, third-party systems, or client decisions.
8.Third-Party Services
ASKOPS may use or integrate third-party platforms and services.
Examples may include:
- •CRM platforms
- •Scheduling software
- •Email services
- •SMS providers
- •AI services
- •Payment processors
- •Cloud software
- •Website platforms
- •Business management software
ASKOPS does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, functionality, security, or continued operation.
The client may be required to maintain its own accounts with third-party providers.
9.Automation and AI
ASKOPS may use automation and artificial intelligence as part of its services.
AI-generated or automated information may contain errors.
Clients are responsible for reviewing business-critical information and ensuring automated communications are appropriate for their customers and industry.
ASKOPS does not guarantee that AI or automation will operate without errors or interruptions.
10.No Guaranteed Results
ASKOPS provides systems, recommendations, technology implementation, and operational support.
We do not guarantee:
- •Increased revenue
- •Increased sales
- •Increased leads
- •Increased conversion rates
- •Increased profits
- •Reduced expenses
- •Specific ROI
- •Specific customer counts
- •Specific business growth
Business results depend on numerous factors outside ASKOPS's control.
11.Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
ASKOPS retains ownership of its proprietary:
- •Templates
- •Frameworks
- •Processes
- •Methodologies
- •Internal systems
- •Software
- •Automation structures
- •Training materials
- •Business methods
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights necessary to use the specific deliverables created for the client for its own business purposes.
Pre-existing ASKOPS intellectual property remains the property of ASKOPS.
12.Client Information and Confidentiality
ASKOPS may receive confidential business information while providing services.
ASKOPS will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will not intentionally disclose confidential information to unauthorized third parties except when:

- •Authorized by the client
- •Required by law
- •Necessary to protect legal rights or safety
Clients should not provide passwords or highly sensitive information through unsecured communication methods when avoidable.
13.Data and Privacy
Use of the ASKOPS website may involve collection of information such as contact information, business information, and website usage information.
ASKOPS's handling of personal information should also be governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their own customer data practices comply with applicable privacy and communications laws.
14.Communications and Marketing
Clients are responsible for ensuring that marketing emails, text messages, automated communications, and customer outreach comply with applicable laws and regulations.
ASKOPS may assist with system implementation but does not provide legal advice regarding advertising, marketing, texting, email, privacy, or regulatory compliance.
15.Website and Service Availability
ASKOPS attempts to keep its website and services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may occasionally be affected by:
- •Maintenance
- •Internet outages
- •Third-party platforms
- •Software failures
- •Security incidents
- •Technical problems
- •Events outside ASKOPS's reasonable control
16.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASKOPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASKOPS's total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount the client paid to ASKOPS for that specific service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASKOPS and its owners, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

- •The client's violation of applicable law
- •The client's misuse of ASKOPS systems
- •Information supplied by the client
- •The client's violation of these Terms
18.No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
ASKOPS provides business operations and technology services.
ASKOPS does not provide:
- •Legal advice
- •Tax advice
- •Accounting advice
- •Financial advice
- •Regulatory advice
- •Medical advice
Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals when such advice is required.
19.Term Changes
ASKOPS may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on Askops.online with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
20.Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute-resolution provisions in a separate client agreement will control where applicable.
21.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any proposal, statement of work, service agreement, and applicable policies, constitute the agreement governing the services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed agreement will control for the specific services covered by that agreement.
